Credit Unions

KDR Design Builders Inc. has been involved in commercial renovations for some local Winnipeg Credit Unions. Credit Unions must meet the necessary criteria to be deemed fit for occupancy.

The credit union building that is featured on this page was originally an old Taco Bell Restaurant, located on the Regent Avenue strip. KDR Design Builders Inc. took this restaurant and transformed it into a financial institution in just a few weeks.

KDR Design Builders Inc. completed this project successfully within the time limit outlined by KDR Design Builders Inc. and the client.

The result is a fantastic commercial space for Civic Credit Union clients!
