KDR has been named a Certifed Master Builder by the Manitoba Home Builders' Association. Certified Master Builders are trained with more than technical house building skills. COR Certified

KDR has achieved this national safety program. COR™ (Certificate of Recognition Program) is an occupational health and safety accreditation program that verifies a fully implemented safety & health program which meets national standards. The objectives of COR™ are to provide industry employers with an effective safety and health management system to reduce incidents, accidents and injuries as well as their associated human and financial costs.

COR™ is frequently used as a pre-qualification and/or condition of contract by public and private project owners across Canada. COR™ is endorsed by Manitoba Labour, Workplace Safety and Health Division and the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB). COR™ Certified status is the ultimate distinction verifying companies which have implemented a comprehensive safety program.

Manitoba Home Builders' Association

As a member of the Manitoba Home Builders' Association (MHBA), KDR Design Builders Inc. is recognized locally, provincially and nationally, for our quality and professionalism. Since 1943, the Canadian Home Builders' Association has been "the voice of Canada's residential construction industry" - one of the most vital and enterprising industries in Canada. R-2000

KDR Design Builders Inc. is Licensed and Registered as a R-2000 Builder. R-2000 is an initiative of NRCan's Office of Energy Efficiency. It's aim: to promote the use of cost-effective energy-efficient building practices and technologies. Since being introduced over 20 years ago, the R2000 standard has set the benchmark for home building in Canada. The Standard is continually upgraded to include new technologies as they become established in the marketplace. And it's flexible enough to apply to any type of home.
